This planned narrative review explores how visual instructional strategies may support attentional focus for primary school children with ADHD in physical education.

The project will bring together research on ADHD, attention, visual learning, and inclusive PE practice to consider how teachers can use visual cues, demonstrations, and structured instructions in active lesson environments.

At this stage, the review is focused on identifying key themes, clarifying the evidence base, and developing practical insights for teachers, schools, and practitioners working with pupils with ADHD.
